Learner attrition
An equity-centered clinical training redesign in Tanzania. Every learner graduated.
Program leader. Systems builder. Community connector.
Give me a program with many moving parts. I’ll manage its multiple priorities, and build a system that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
For 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of program management, operations, community, and learning design. All of it in social impact — across health, education, gender, conservation, and international development.

A few things that made a difference

Connecting science researchers with people who help their findings reach public audiences.
How I work
“I push the busy work to software, and save the human parts — trust, judgment, and care — for people.”
I’m a generalist with a Program Manager’s core. I own the plan, keep it moving, and build what’s needed so it keeps moving without me. I ask who a default design quietly excludes, then redesign for that person first.
Sometimes that means an automation. Sometimes it means a better question, a safer learning space, or a community that learns to run itself.
